However, mistakes are inevitable. Therefore, we designed this refund policy as a guidance to assist our customers when any unwanted mistakes happended. Please read it carefully before you placed an order to understand your rights and responsibilities. 

BUYER CANCELLATION

Nowadays, most of us shop directly from our smart phone with a limited screen size and misclick will be happended sometimes. In addition, shopping is emotional and you want to change your decision later. Therefore, if you made an order by mistake or change your mind after purchase, please contact us within 24 hours through our available contact methods which are listed in the end of this page to submit a cancellation request. 

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

Since you love our products and decided to buy it, refund is unwanted. However, mistakes can happen anytimes. Therefore, if you received products which are in these below situations, please contact us to submit a return or replacement.

Eligible products

  • Defective or damaged items upon receipt.
  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)

Ineligible reasons

  • No longer need. Sorry but you have 24 hours to change your mind so we can't accept this reason
  • Wrong size. Each product came with its size chart for customer to choose their right size
  • Any other reasons due to customers' responsibilites.

How to process a return/replacement

  • Contact us in valid timeframe. Any requests which pass 14 days will not be considered.
  • Take some pictures of products to proof your reasons. Pictures must be clear and focus on the defective
  • Waiting 2-3 days while we investigate the request.
  • Check your email for our final decision and offered solution.

Return or Replacement

Our two common solutions are return and replacement. If you choose a return, we will initial return transaction within 1-3 business days after receiving your confirmation. Returned fund will take 3-5 business days to be visible in your account balance. Sometimes, it can be longer due to bank process but no longer than 15 days. If you don't see the fund after this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you like a replacement, we are very happy to send you another one. The replacement product must have same or lower price than the one had been purchased.
